The short answer
In May 2026 we redesigned the Contact 360 detail view in the CRM (Rolodex) portal. Same data, calmer layout, more views to choose from. The biggest visible changes:
- A compact single-row hero at the top (no more giant avatar circle), themed in the Rolodex brand gradient.
- A full-bleed warnings strip under the hero — colour-coded by severity, with the "Add warning" button right there inline.
- A calmer Overview tab — KPI strip, deals rail, and a single unified activity feed that mixes deals, communications, and audit events into one timeline.
- A Tasks panel with a Kanban view — toggleable, your preference is remembered per user.
- An Audit Log panel with a table view and its own filter row — no more scrolling a long event list.
- A new Financial tab that's hidden by default for most users (see below).
Why the changes?
The previous view tried to show everything at once and hid the patterns inside repeated layouts. The redesign de-emphasises stat repetition, gives the activity story a single feed, and surfaces alternate views (Kanban / Table) for the panels where they actually help.
Where's the Financial tab?
The Financial tab is dark-launched: the code is shipped but the tab is invisible until your tenant turns on the Crm.FinancialPosition.View feature grant in the kernel feature-grants matrix. By default it's off everywhere — including for ZiplineOS staff. If you'd like access for your organisation, ask your account manager. See the dedicated FAQ: Why don't I see the Financial tab in CRM?.
Did anything move?
- Tasks, Forms, and Audit are now primary visible tabs rather than tucked behind a dropdown.
- Financial lives in the More menu (and only appears if you have the grant).
- Stat pills in the hero are click-through — clicking a stat takes you straight to the relevant tab.
Did any data change?
No. Same contacts, same deals, same warnings, same audit log. The redesign is layout and interaction only.
